Three public audit rights

Inspection. Challenge. Reproduction.

RIGHT I

The Right of Inspection

Any constituent admitted to the Index Universe may, once per quarter, request the underlying signal values, the prompts and responses on which the values were derived, and the calculation steps that produced its score.

Response in writing within 10 working days. No fee.
RIGHT II

The Right of Challenge

Any constituent may, on receipt of an Inspection response, file a written challenge. The challenge is reviewed by a Member who did not participate in the original calculation, and a written reply is issued within 20 working days.

Outcomes recorded in the Reproducibility Pack at constituent granularity, with names, in perpetuity.
RIGHT III

The Right of Reproduction

Any party — constituent, observer, journalist, regulator — may, using the Reproducibility Pack, recompute any published headline score. The Committee commits to the ±15-point tolerance.

Reproduction failures are public and become methodology-revision triggers.
Publication cadence

The first Tuesday of February, May, August, and November.
