Service · AI Discovery Audit™

The Audit.

The institution's first service, and the document we hand to every prospective subject before any longer engagement begins. The Audit produces a baseline AI Discovery Score across the eight signals, a written diagnostic against the four invisibility causes, and a recommended sequence of work — delivered in writing within four weeks.

AI Discovery Audit™

Fixed-scope diagnostic, four weeks.

Every engagement begins here. The Audit is also a complete deliverable on its own terms; a subject may take its findings to another provider, or to no provider at all, with the institution's blessing.

The institution's position

An audit that does not change the subject's behaviour is decoration. The institution's Audit is structured to produce one of three written outcomes — a recommended Mid-Market engagement, a recommended Small-Business engagement, or a recommendation that no engagement is needed. The third outcome is rare and we say so when it is true.

What the Audit includes

Six deliverables, in writing.

The Audit produces a single written report with six numbered sections. Each section is reviewed by a Specialist before release.

  • 01
Baseline AI Discovery ScoreThe full Score across all eight Discovery Signals, on the 0–1000 scale, computed by the Score Engine and reviewed by a Specialist.
  • 02
Prompt-set instrumentation84 representative prompts run across ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini. Citation density per system reported.
  • 03
Entity, Authority, Citation, Schema, Behavioural diagnosticThe five operational diagnostics behind the Score, each with the supporting evidence.
  • 04
The four invisibility causes — diagnosisWhich of entity confusion, authority distance, citation absence, or editorial mismatch dominates the subject's deficit.
  • 05
Recommended intervention sequenceThe work, in the order the institution recommends it, sized for delivery within a stated engagement scope.
  • 06
Engagement scope recommendationWhich of the institution's tiers fits the subject — or, where applicable, that no engagement is necessary.
How it runs

Four weeks, three checkpoints.

The Audit runs to a fixed timetable. The institution does not extend or compress it; that is part of the discipline.

Week 01

Discovery and instrumentation

Subject onboarding, scope confirmation, Score Engine prompt-set instrumentation, entity reconciliation against public records.

Weeks 02–03

Diagnostic and synthesis

Eight-signal computation, prompt-set analysis across systems, the four-cause diagnostic, intervention sequencing.

Week 04

Specialist review and delivery

The Audit is reviewed by a Specialist, signed where engagement scope is above mid-market, and delivered to the subject in writing with a debrief call.
