Every engagement begins here. The Audit is also a complete deliverable on its own terms; a subject may take its findings to another provider, or to no provider at all, with the institution's blessing.
An audit that does not change the subject's behaviour is decoration. The institution's Audit is structured to produce one of three written outcomes — a recommended Mid-Market engagement, a recommended Small-Business engagement, or a recommendation that no engagement is needed. The third outcome is rare and we say so when it is true.
